LastMinute.com - A very nasty experience

I wish I'd found this web site and this one and this one and this one and this one before I booked with these clowns.

To cut a long story short lastminute.com canceled my daughters booking in response to an email without confirming it with anyone. Trying to get them to take responsibility for this has been a nightmare.

Luckily the airline Royal Brunei came to the party to fix matters at least in part. Cost me several hundered pounds but by comparison with some of these stories it looks like I got off lightly.

If you are considering booking with lastminute.com I have only one piece of advice, don't.
